How it works

Upon arrival, the engineer will maintain a distance of 1 meter from the door

After entering the house, the engineer will follow 20-second handwash and sanitation process

Engineer will disinfect the tools and tackles before using it

Before starting the diagnosis, the engineer will wear disposable gloves

To avoid any physical contact, the invoice and payment link will be shared via email/SMS

On completion. the engineer will leave the house and dispose the gloves

Important Terms

  • Your area or society should be serviceable and in a non-containment zone to be eligible for Doorstep Repair Service.
  • If your area is not serviceable, we will provide free Remote Troubleshooting Services for your Air Conditioner, Water Purifier, Mobile Phone or Laptop. You may have to get your hands dirty but we’ll do our best to help you solve the issue!
  • Onsitego remains committed to providing a safe and reliable service while ensuring the health and well-being of those we serve. You are expected to follow suggested guidelines to provide suitable conditions for the engineer to operate.
  • If replacement of parts is needed for a repair, they will be charged separately on actuals basis. Brand provided spare parts will be charged at MRP. These charges will be communicated by the engineer at the time of the visit, following which you have the choice to go ahead with the repair.
  • Availability of spare parts during the COVID 19 induced lockdown period and otherwise, may remain affected, resulting in failure to repair the device. Onsitego is not responsible for unavailability of spare parts and in such cases, the engineer will attempt to repair the device on availability of the spare parts.
  • Onsitego Doorstep Repair Service comes with a 90 days warranty.
    • In case a part has been replaced in your original Doorstep Repair Service: Within 90 days from the date of your device service, if your device fails to operate for reasons related to the said service, we will reperform the service and repair or replace the defective part free of cost. The warranty excludes physical damage and liquid damage, or damage caused due to service provided by any party other than Onsitego.
    • In case a part has been repaired in your original Doorstep Repair Service: Within 90 days from the date of your device service, if your device fails to operate for reasons related to the said service, we will reperform the service and repair the defective part free of cost. However, if the part is beyond repair as per the engineer and needs to be replaced, you will be charged for the part and any associated consumables that may be required to make the device operational.
  • Refund of service charges can be claimed if the engineer is unable to visit your location or if you cancel the service before the engineer reaches the requested address for providing the service.
  • In case you decide not to go ahead with the repairs recommended by the engineer, Onsitego will charge Rs. 199 as visit charge and refund any additional fee you may have submitted.
  • Except where explicitly mentioned in this document, Onsitego, its subsidiaries and affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, successors and (collectively “Affiliates”) make no warranties, representations, or guarantees in connection with the Doorstep Repair Service and /or the Remote Troubleshooting Service. Further, Onsitego shall not be held responsible for any defamatory, offensive or illegal actions or misconduct of the engineers. You hereby expressly release Onsitego and its Affiliates from any loss, damage, liability or other consequence arising out of provision of Doorstep Repair Service and /or the Remote Troubleshooting Service and specifically waive any claims or demands that you may have in this behalf under any statute, contract or otherwise.

What are the total charges for the repair?

Total charges for the repair will include service charges for repair as well as the charges for any spare parts which may need replacement

I have requested a breakdown support service in my air conditioner. The engineer discovers that there is a gas leakage due to failure of the cooling coil. What will I be charged?

You will be charged for service charges for repair, charges for gas charging and the cost of the cooling coil, in case it needs to be replaced

Is this service available for all devices and appliances?

This service is currently available for devices like smartphones, laptops and appliances like air conditioners and water purifiers pan India.

What if required spare parts are unavailable?

Availability of spare parts during the COVID 19 induced lockdown period and otherwise, may remain affected, resulting in failure to repair the device. Onsitego is not responsible for unavailability of spare parts and in such cases, we will attempt to repair the appliance post the lockdown period

Under what conditions can I claim a refund?

Refund of service charges can be claimed if the engineer is unable to visit your location or if you cancel the service before the engineer reaches the requested address for providing the service.
