Role: Executive, Service Coordinators


The purpose of this role is to provide consistent back end support for smooth front end operations. The role holder shall be responsible for day to day customer, engineer and Dealer interactions, Call registration, co - ordination with various departments and close looping of calls/escalations.


  • Create and manage a Service Center network to provide excellent after-sales service to our customers.
  • Build excellent relationships with the SCs.
  • Worked with Service Centers to improve Service, quality and efficiency - this involves continuous reviewing and managing performance of the Service Centers.
  • Handle and close escalations efficiently.
  • Candidates with experience in Large Home Appliances will be preferred.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
