Role: Executive, Escalations Executive


As an Escalation Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure timely action on escalated tickets while working closely with the Leads to achieve specific goals.


  • Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Customer support to all Escalated Calls.
  • Should be able to manage relationship with Customers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Candidate Should have min 4 years of experience in Customer service.
  • Should have experience in handling escalations.
  • Male Candidates preferred.
