Role: Executive, Escalations Executive
As an Escalation Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure timely action on escalated tickets while working closely with the Leads to achieve specific goals.
- Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
- Customer support to all Escalated Calls.
- Should be able to manage relationship with Customers.
- Candidate Should have min 4 years of experience in Customer service.
- Should have experience in handling escalations.
- Male Candidates preferred.
