Role: Lead, City Leads- AMC


We are looking for a high-performing Leaders to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading large sales teams, maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and ensuring adherence to the sales plans for your team.


  • Drive revenues for AMC products
  • Help establish Co. in B2C segment
  • Expand network of customers and innovative strategies to target them
  • Define promotion plan in coordination with central Marketing team
  • Leverage combination of offline and online marketing to target customers
  • Monitor implementation of business plan
  • Establish relationships with key personnel at HSG and other partners
  • Train and manage sales team
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and monitor performance
  • Identify improvements in product offerings

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2C sales, especially in services segment
  • Market knowledge and relationships
  • Negotiation and team handling skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent working with limited supervision
  • Should have 10-15 years of relevant experience
