Role: Manager, Area Service Manager


The role will be to develop organizations service franchise network in given Indian States. You will be required to travel to these places for purpose of business enhancement of organization. As part of the profile you will be required to monitor and guide ASC/SF (Authorized Service Centre / Service Franchise) to attain key service targets/KPI's and hence achieve quality parameters. You will be required to train Service Coordinators to follow CRM, customer handling process, arrange technical trainings for the franchise


  • Create and manage a Service Center network to provide excellent after-sales service to our customers.
  • Build excellent relationships with the SCs.
  • Worked with Service Centers to improve Service, quality and efficiency - this involves continuous reviewing and managing performance of the Service Centers.
  • Handle and close escalations efficiently.
  • Candidates with experience in Large Home Appliances will be preferred.
