Onsitego Extended Warranty replicates the warranty provided by your manufacturer for a period of up to 4 years beyond what the manufacturer provides. The plan covers all malfunctions and manufacturing defects in the device or appliance. Extended Warranty is applicable for up to 4 additional years after the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the plan you buy. However, the sum of the manufacturer’s warranty and extended warranty should not exceed 5 years. You can buy Extended Warranty till up to 9 months after purchasing a device or appliance.
A humbling majority of refrigerators break down on their own over 3-4 years. Data suggests that on an average about 11,000 is spent over a fridge within 4 years, on major items like compressors or on smaller items like freezers and electronics. Why not pay just a small fraction of it, and be happy.
Extended warranty for a 30,000 fridge costs only Rs. 1,899. A simple compressor change will set you back by more than 6,000. Even a smallish freezer not cooling problem can make your pockets sweat money and will render the refrigerator useless. It always makes financial sense. Everytime!
NOW! Do not delay it. Ideally an extended warranty should be purchased within 3 months of buying the fridge. Such that at all times your refrigerator is in safe hands.
Our Warranty plans start on the day after the manufacturer's warranty expires. If the brand warranty expires on 20 May 2016, our warranty starts on 21 May 2016, such that your refrigerator is always covered.

If your refrigerator door doesn't shut tightly, there is a problem with the door gasket. It may seem like a small thing but that little bit of rubber around the fridge door frame is important to help your fridge run efficiently. The door gasket can get dirty or worn out over time. If the rubber door seal is loose or looks twisted, replace it immediately.Read More
Give it a deep clean every 3 to 4 months. That means putting all your food in a cooler, turning it off, removing the shelves and drawers and washing them with hot soapy water.
The compressor is the main part of your refrigerator that begins the cooling process. Manufacturers typically offer a 5-year warranty on it. No proper cooling does not necessarily mean that the compressor is non-functional. Sometimes it could also be a faulty thermostat or clogged coils that can cause poor cooling. In that case, you can call a professional to fix the issue.
When dust and dirt are caught up around the condenser coils, they reduce efficiency, raise energy bills and wear out the compressor more quickly. Cleaning of the coils is needed more often if you have pets that shed. So, it is recommended that you get the condenser coil checked every 6 months.
The Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) tells you how energy efficient your fridge is. A higher star rating means more efficiency. Always look for a blue and green colored Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) logo to ensure the authenticity of the EER rating. If you are concerned about your electricity bills, go for a fridge with a higher EER (because they cost less to operate), although they are more expensive to buy.Read More
