The plan covers all malfunctions and manufacturing defects in the device or appliance. Extended warranty for a 30,000 TV costs only Rs. 2,199. A simple TV Screen issue will cost you more than Rs. 5,000 in the market. An electronic part malfunctioned will render it useless and cost upwards of Rs, 6,000. It always makes financial sense to opt for protection plan
NOW! Do not delay it. Ideally an extended warranty should be purchased within 9 months of buying the television. You expect the TV to entertain you for at least 5-6 years. Start taking care of it now itself !
Our Warranty plans start on the day after the manufacturer's warranty expires. If the brand warranty expires on 20 May 2016, our warranty starts on 21 May 2016, such that your TV is always covered.
We cover TVs which have been purchased only in India. We do not cover TVs purchased outside India for now.

No, raising a repair request during the Extended Warranty is completely free. All the costs are covered as part of the plan.
We cover all TVs. Starting from Plasma TV, LCD TV, LED TV, HD TV, Ultra HD TV, 3D TV. All of them, from all the major brands - Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, Vu, Onida, Micromax, Videocon, Sharp etc.
While switching on the TV using the remote, if you notice that the light blinks but the screen is blank, this is an electrical connection related issue. You could try disconnecting the power cord from the unit and wait for 10-15 minutes before you plug it back in. If this is just a simple electric connection problem, this should fix the issue.
Smart TVs are Wi-Fi enabled. They have a wireless adapter built-in, so connecting to the internet is easy. But you need to place the router in the same room your TV is placed in. To connect to the internet, you can go to the menu button on your TV remote, choose the network settings option and set up a wireless connection. Choose the wireless network name for your home Wi-Fi. Type your Wi-Fi password using your remote and start surfing.
This problem usually occurs if there's a loose cable wiring, loose or faulty board or a damaged screen. This is a common problem in TVs and is a sign that your TV panel is failing. Try restarting your TV. If that doesn't help, turn off the TV and unplug the AC power cord (main lead). Keep it unplugged for 15 minutes and then switch on the TV to check if the issue has been resolved.
Switch off your TV while you're cleaning it, so that you can easily see the dirt or dust stuck to the TV screen or on the sides of the screen. Make sure you use a microfiber cloth for wiping off any dirt or grime. They're good for LCD screens because they don't leave lint. Also, do not put pressure on the screen, as it's delicate.
A 4K Ultra HD TV has four times the number of pixels, or resolution, of traditional HD TVs and this means that a 4K Ultra HD TV will give you 4 times better picture clarity over current HD TV resolutions. A full HD TV, as we mentioned, has 1080 vertical columns and 1920 horizontal rows of pixels, whereas in a 4K TV, the numbers are twice as much in both directions.
