It might not be ideal to carry out cooling coil-related repairs at home. In such cases, our AC technicians might transport your AC unit to the service center for repairs and you will be charged a flat rate of ₹500 for transportation.

We work with highly experienced AC technicians who have fixed hundreds of air conditioners like yours. However, in a rare case, if we are unable to fix your air conditioner on the first visit, we will schedule another repair visit at no extra cost to you.

I have booked a new AC. Does the AC installation service also include uninstallation of the old AC?

Accepted Answer

Air conditioning installation and uninstallation are two different services. If you wish to install a new appliance and then remove your old one, you'll need to book both services. The cost of any additional materials, such as a stand, copper pipe, electrical wire, or drainpipe, that is required to complete the installation service is not included in the AC installation service. Similarly, the AC installation service does not cover woodwork or any associated core cutting required.

If I book the AC gas refilling service, does it also include repairing the gas leak?

Yes, Onsitego's AC gas refilling service also involves repairing any coolant gas leaks in the air conditioner. Impurities and debris are also flushed out of the system with vacuum pressure while repairing the AC gas leak. Gas recharging if needed is included for free in our annual maintenance contract.

The AC AMC gives you complete peace of mind from appliance breakdowns and helps you extend the life of your air conditioner. Regular maintenance minimizes the chances of your air conditioner breaking down and reduces repair expenses drastically. With regular AC maintenance, you can also be sure of consistently getting cool, healthy air from your air conditioner.

What is the difference between Basic AMC, Advanced AMC and Comprehensive AMC?

Onsitego provides three different types of AC AMC plans to provide enough flexibility to our customers. Under the Basic plan, spare parts are not covered whereas under Advanced AMC all standard spare parts are covered except for cooling and condenser coil. Under Comprehensive AMC, Onsitego covers all the spare parts.

When will the Onsitego AMC start?

Accepted Answer

If your AC is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and not covered under any existing service contract, Onsitego will start servicing it the day after you buy an AC AMC plan. However, if your AC is still in its manufacturer's warranty period or has an ongoing service contract with another company, you can get it serviced a day after the expiry of the existing warranty or service contract. Onsitego AMC is subject to a successful site inspection to ensure that the appliance is fully functional.

I changed my mind and I want to cancel the plan. Can I get a refund?

While we will be sorry to see you cancel the plan, we can certainly refund the plan within 15 days of purchase of plan, provided you have not already filed a service request or availed any service included in the Onsitego AMC/Comprehensive /Advanced AMC. If the refund is due to refusal of repairs by you, for any issue identified by Onsitego during the service visits, 299 may be deducted as part of visit / inspection charges.

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can buy the Basic or Comprehensive AMC. Onsitego Comprehensive AMC and Advanced AMC can be purchased for ACs less than 5 years old. Basic AMC on the other hand can be purchased for ACs less than 10 years old. It is subject to a mandatory site inspection to ensure that the appliance is fully functional.

Will my brand warranty be void if I take AC AMC service from Onsitego?

If you've recently purchased an air conditioner, then you should contact the respective brand's service center or helpline for AC service during the standard brand warranty period. Once your AC is out of the warranty period, you can buy an AC AMC from Onsitego.
