I want to install a new air conditioner. Does your service include both uninstallation and installation?
AC installation and uninstallation are two separate services. If you want to uninstall your old AC before installing your new one, you'll have to book both services. Also, the cost of additional materials such as copper pipe, stands, electrical wire is not included in the AC installation service.
Will Onsitego fix AC gas leakage before refilling the coolant gas?
Detecting and fixing the gas leakage is a part of the AC gas refilling service. We will also make sure that any contaminants and debris are removed from the AC system with the help of vacuum pressure before the AC gas is recharged. AC gas filling is also done for free in the annual AC maintenance servicing plans.

Onsitego provides three different types of AC AMC plans to provide enough flexibility to our customers. Under the Basic AC maintenance plan, spare parts are not covered whereas under Advanced AMC all standard spare parts are covered except for cooling and condenser coil. Under Comprehensive AMC, Onsitego covers all the spare parts.
When does my Onsitego AC AMC begin?
If your air conditioner is out of warranty and not covered by an existing AMC, the Onsitego AMC will begin the same day you purchase the AC maintenance plan and will be good for 1 year or 2 years, depending on the plan bought. If on the other hand, your air conditioner is still under warranty from the manufacturer or has an ongoing AMC, Onsitego's AMC will start when the brand warranty or existing AMC expires. Onsitego AMC is subject to a successful site inspection to ensure that the appliance is fully functional.
How should I avail of your service when I face a problem with my Air Conditioner?

My AC is not protected by brand warranty and it has been in use for 3 years. Is it possible for me to purchase a Comprehensive or Basic AMC?
You can purchase the Basic AMC or Comprehensive AMC depending on your AC maintenance needs. ACs less than 10 years old are eligible for Basic AMC while ACs less than 5 years old are eligible for Comprehensive and Advanced AMC.
