All you need to do is enter your personal and device details, the issue you are facing, a suitable date and time slot for the engineer visit, and make the payment online. Once this is done, we will schedule a water purifier engineer to visit your place for water purifier servicing, at your convenience.

The water purifier servicing includes cleaning of filters, outer body, and purifier’s internal tank. In the case of RO servicing, the RO filter and RO membrane can also be replaced but at an extra cost. Similarly, our water purifier service engineers can advise you if your UV water purifier’s UV lamp needs to be replaced.

The replacement of consumables is not included in the maintenance service. You can get the filters and membrane from us by paying an additional amount. Onsitego’s comprehensive water purifier AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) does include replacement of consumables, one servicing visit, and unlimited breakdown support for a year.

Do I have to pay your engineer for the RO repair?

You only need to pay once at the time of booking the water purifier service on the Onsitego website. You do not have to pay the engineer any fee, as the plan amount includes service charges. However, the cost of spare parts is not covered in the service. You are required to pay for that separately.

What if I am dissatisfied with the water purifier repair done?

We strive to provide top-quality service every time. But if our service engineer is not able to resolve your RO repair issue in the first visit, we will schedule another visit at no extra cost to you.

If your RO is new and still covered by the brand warranty, you should contact the brand directly for UV or RO servicing. For instance, if you own an Aquaguard water purifier, you can contact the brand for Aquaguard service and repair. You can reach out to Onsitego once the brand warranty expires. You can purchase a water purifier AMC or RO repairs & servicing.

We can certainly refund the plan amount within 15 days of purchase, provided you have not already filed a service request or availed of any service under Onsitego’s AMC.

During your water purifier’s standard warranty period, you can take water purifier servicing from the brand. After the brand warranty expires, you can buy the water purifier services from Onsitego.
