What is Onsitego Extended Warranty?

Onsitego Extended Warranty replicates the warranty provided by your manufacturer for a period of up to 2 years beyond what the manufacturer provides. The plan covers all malfunctions and manufacturing defects in the device or appliance. Extended Warranty is applicable for up to 2 additional years after the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the plan you buy. However, the sum of the manufacturer’s warranty and extended warranty should not exceed 5 years. You can buy Extended Warranty till up to 9 months after purchasing a device or appliance.

Our Warranty plans start on the day after the manufacturer's warranty expires. If the brand warranty expires on 20 May 2016, our warranty starts on 21 May 2016, such that your TV is always covered.

We cover TVs which have been purchased only in India. We do not cover TVs purchased outside India for now.

How do I raise a service request?

Click here to raise a service request or send “Hi” on WhatsApp and share what's wrong with the TV. We will raise a request, get a brand technician at your place, get it repaired on-site. If immediate repair is not possible, we will get the TV shipped at the service workshop, get it repaired and delivered to you !

My TV light blinks but it doesn't turn on. What should I do?

While switching on the TV using the remote, if you notice that the light blinks but the screen is blank, this is an electrical connection related issue. You could try disconnecting the power cord from the unit and wait for 10-15 minutes before you plug it back in. If this is just a simple electric connection problem, this should fix the issue.

How can I connect my Smart TV to the internet?

Smart TVs are Wi-Fi enabled. They have a wireless adapter built-in, so connecting to the internet is easy. But you need to place the router in the same room your TV is placed in. To connect to the internet, you can go to the menu button on your TV remote, choose the network settings option and set up a wireless connection. Choose the wireless network name for your home Wi-Fi. Type your Wi-Fi password using your remote and start surfing.

Try restarting your TV. If that doesn't help, turn off the TV and unplug the AC power cord (main lead). Keep it unplugged for 15 minutes and then switch on the TV to check if the issue has been resolved.

How can I keep my TV screen clean?

Switch off your TV while you're cleaning it, so that you can easily see the dirt or dust stuck to the TV screen or on the sides of the screen. Make sure you use a microfiber cloth for wiping off any dirt or grime. They're good for LCD screens because they don't leave lint. Also, do not put pressure on the screen, as it's delicate.

I am confused between an HD TV and a 4K Ultra HD TV. Is there much of a difference?
