What is Onsitego Screen Protection Plan?
Onsitego Screen Protection plan protects your device's screen and display from any kind of physical or liquid damage. The plan can be bought only on the same day as the day of your device purchase. It is valid for 1 year, and starts from the date of purchase of the plan and is valid till 12 months, calculated from the date of purchase of the device as mentioned on the invoice.
Are there any additional charges applicable for Screen Protection plans during service?
Yes, There is a Copayment which needs to be paid at the time of raising Service Request. Copayment amount to be paid is Rs. 399 or 3% of device price(whichever is higher) which has to be paid at the time of availing the service.
How does it make sense financially to opt for a Protection Plan for your Tablet?
Damage Protection plan for a 25k tablet starts from only Rs. 2,999. While a tablet is the first device that can fall down easily from your hands. When should I protect the Tablet?

When does my Warranty / Protection start?
Our damage protection plan starts from Day 1, when you have made the payment for the plan. Our Warranty plans start on the day after the manufacturer's warranty expires. If the brand warranty expires on 20 May 2016, our warranty starts on 21 May 2016, such that your tablet is always covered.
Why should I protect my Tablet?
A humbling majority of tablets break down on their own over 3-4 years. Most of the tablets are subjected to accidents and negligence by the owners. How do I raise a service request?

What's your international coverage policy?
We cover tablets which have been purchased only in India. We will cover such tablets if they go bust in any part of the world! A few features like pick and drop may not be available in such cases. You will need to get the tablet repaired, and we will reimburse you. My Tablet's touch screen doesn't respond. What should I do?
We understand that if the touchscreen is not responsive, there is nothing you can do on the tablet. Getting this issue fixed can be expensive but there are a couple of things you could try before visiting the service center for repairs. Touchscreens are sensitive to any dust or dirt, so clean the screen before troubleshooting the problem.
The battery drains in just a few hours. How do I correct this?
Once charged, your tablet can work for a good 5 - 6 hours at a stretch. But if you leave the apps open, the battery can drain quickly. To save battery, ensure that the backlight is dim, as it consumes maximum power. Also keep your tablet's battery saver mode on, so that the settings change every time the battery drops.
My Android Tablet keeps showing signs of low storage.
You will need to clean your device by deleting unwanted apps or adding a microSD card to the device to increase the amount of storage. Clean out your music and videos saved on your tablet as well. Instead use Dropbox to store all your files
What should I do if I crack my Tablet screen?
If the screen has totally cracked, fixing it can be really expensive. But if your tablet is already covered under the Onsitego Spills & Drops Protection Plan, you can get the device fixed free of cost. If not, you will need to visit the brand's service center for repair. We do not recommend getting it fixed from a local technician.
