What is the term of this laptop protection plan?
The term of the Onsitego Laptop Total Care plan is 1 year/2 years/3 years as per the plan purchased.
Can I buy the Laptop Total Care for my old laptop?
Laptop Total Care Plan can be purchased at the time of purchasing a new laptop purchase. This plan cannot be bought for refurbished laptops or on a date later than laptop purchase date.
What type of laptops can I purchase the Laptop Total Care for?
Onsitego Laptop Total Care supports most major brands of laptops, however certain models of specific brands may not be supported.
How many times can a service be availed under the Laptop Total Care?
There is no limit on the number of Service Requests you can raise under the laptop protection plan. We will keep repairing the device till the total costs of all repairs do not exceed the maximum liability under the plan, which is the purchase price of the device.
I changed my mind and I want to cancel the plan. Can I get a refund?
We can certainly refund the plan within 30 days of purchase of plan, provided you have not already filed a service request, or availed any other service included in the Onsitego Laptop Total Care Plan.
What if the device cannot be repaired or the spare parts are not available?
Availability of spare parts may be affected at times, resulting in failure to complete repairs on the device. Onsitego is not responsible for unavailability of spare parts and in such cases, the engineer will attempt to repair the device on availability of the spare parts.
Which Antivirus will I get with the Laptop Total Care plan?
Onsitego reserves the right to decide which antivirus is to be provided as a complimentary offering with Laptop Total Care plan. Also, Onsitego reserves the right to change its complimentary antivirus offering during the plan validity. For instance, if a customer purchases a 2-year Laptop Total Care plan and during the first year of plan validity, the customer was offered McAfee Total Protection, the customer may be offered McAfee Internet Security or any other antivirus product during the second year of plan validity.
How will I get Antivirus installed on my laptop?
You can raise an antivirus installation request by calling us on 99205 99206 anytime during the validity of your plan. An antivirus key with a step-by-step installation video will be sent to the customer's registered email ID within the next 48 hours. For any further assistance regarding antivirus installation, you can chat with us, write to us at help@onsite.co.in or call us at 99205 99206 (9:30 AM - 7:30 PM from Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM on Sunday).
How will I raise a repair request under this laptop protection plan?
You can WhatsApp or call us on 99205 99206 and request for a service. A tech expert will attend to your request and remotely help you with the issue. In case a physical visit is needed, we will send an expert engineer to your home for the service within 48 hours.
I want to buy an HP laptop. Is LTC a good HP laptop protection plan?

Do I have to pay anything to repair my laptop under the Laptop Total Care plan?
Yes, a predetermined co-payment amount based on the price of the laptop is applicable for each repair instance. However, please note that Co-payment will not be applicable for Remote Tech Support and is applicable only for repair incident(s). Co-payment will be payable for raising each repair incident(s) and will need to be paid before the commencement of repairs. During the repair process, Onsitego will determine whether the source of damage/malfunction/breakdown was manufacturing defect or physical/liquid damage. Co-payment will be refunded if the issue was related to manufacturer defect. Issues arising because of malfunctions, breakdowns and manufacturing of the device come under manufacturer defects. Co-payment will NOT be refunded if the repair incident(s) is/are arising because of physical and/or liquid damage.
I'm interested in purchasing a Dell laptop. Is this plan a good Dell laptop protection plan?
