The plan period is calculated from the purchase date of your device as mentioned on its invoice. Assured Buyback can be availed any time before the validity of your mobile protection plan expires.

    Mobile Insurance Plan offers coverage against some specific risks such as theft, accidental damage and loss. In essence it’s a form of financial protection that is recovered in case of unfortunate events. One can simply purchase mobile insurance plan in a shop or online. Usually no service like pick and drop etc. are provided and customers have to bear all the pain to get the claims processed.

    On the other hand, Mobile Total Care Plan by Onsitego is a complete mobile protection plan designed to address a wider range of concerns. It includes not only protection against accidental damage, but also coverage for manufacturing defects. What’s more, the plan also come with an Assured Buyback option which can help you if you want to switch a new phone. The plan also offers free pick-up and drop. If something goes wrong with your phone, all you have to do is give us a call and we take it from there. This includes picking up your phone, having it repaired at an authorized service center, coordinating with the service center and then delivering your repaired phone back to you. These services are not provided in a typical insurance plan. You don’t have to fill any forms or answer multiple questions to get the repairs done.
    Onsitego Mobile Total Care Plan can only be purchased on the device purchase date. If you bought the plan after the purchase date of the device, you need not worry, just let us know and we will process a refund.
    Repairing a damaged device with high-quality spare parts can be costly, as most damaged parts need replacement and can't be repaired. Therefore, we can repair your device twice for damage protection under this mobile protection plan. However, for manufacturing defects, we provide unlimited service requests.
    We aim to provide complete mobile protection. In case the device cannot be repaired, Onsitego provides an equivalent replacement device. The replacement device may or may not be new. Once your device is replaced, your plan will expire.
    Only in cases where Onsitego is unable to provide you with pick & drop services, you can opt to get the device repaired on your own. Please keep in mind that you must inform Onsitego about the damage before submitting the device at the nearest Authorized Service Center.
    Onsitego is committed to repairing/replacing only the device on which the plan has been purchased. IMEI is the unique identifier for smartphones which helps us identify the devices covered with the plan. If the Brand Authorized Service Center is unable to match/verify the IMEI number of the damaged phone by employing all means available, Onsitego will not be able to provide service for the damaged device.
    Once the device is handed over to an authorized agent, Onsitego will instantly transfer Store Vouchers/eVouchers to your registered email ID and registered mobile number. Note: The vouchers have limited validity period of 3 months from the date of issuance.
    Yes, unless you are okay with the Assured Buyback Value being deducted for each missing article.
    Onsitego may make an appropriate deduction in the predetermined value for your device i.e. 30% of Purchase Price.
    Well, it is your data and it will remain your data alone. We will remind you to remove all the data before our agent leaves your place with the device. However, the responsibility of your data is always yours and Onsitego cannot be held responsible for any misuse of your data.
    The Onsitego Mobile Total Care expires once you avail a replacement service. An Assured Buyback service request cannot be raised on an expired mobile protection plan.
    While we will be sorry to see you cancel the plan, we can certainly refund the plan within 30 days, provided you have not already filed a Service Request.

    A Co-pay amount of ₹599 or 5% of Purchase Price (whichever is higher), is payable at the time of raising a Service Request. Onsitego will determine whether the source of damage/malfunction/breakdown was manufacturing defect or physical/liquid damage. Co-pay will be refunded if the issue was related to a manufacturing defect. Co-pay will NOT be refunded if the issue is caused by a physical and/or liquid damage.
