Onsitego Extended Warranty replicates the warranty provided by your manufacturer for a period of up to 4 years beyond what the manufacturer provides. The plan covers all malfunctions and manufacturing defects in the device or appliance. Our Warranty plans start on the day after the manufacturer's warranty expires. If the brand warranty expires on 20 May 2016, our warranty starts on 21 May 2016, such that your washing machine is always covered.

First check if the washing machine is properly levelled. If the washing machine is placed on an uneven floor or is slightly tilted, it can vibrate excessively and leave the walls, floor and internal mechanisms damaged. If it is already levelled, it could be a tub bearing that needs to be replaced.

In most cases, a drum size of 5 - 7 kg is adequate for a medium-sized household with 3-4 members. Washing machines with a 7 kg drum will comfortably wash a standard load, and also have programs specifically tailored for smaller loads. For a large family that typically washes more than once a week, a larger drum might be more appropriate.

If you are using a front loading washer, you may be aware that the detergent drawer often gets dirty. Remove the soap detergent drawer to clean it once every week. Also clean the lint filter, as damp lint causes odor too. If this doesn't help, try running an empty wash with vinegar. Pour in 3 cups of distilled white vinegar and run a hot water cycle without any clothes in the machine drum.

We wouldn't recommend that, as washing machines have parts made of plastic and metal. They also have electrical parts like motors, circuit boards, etc. Splashes of water can corrode the metal and can be risky if water comes in contact with electrical parts. No matter how big the bathroom and how far you plan to keep the washer away from the shower, it is not recommended to install it in the bathroom.
