Onsitego AMC supports most leading brands of water purifiers. However, certain brands like LG, Havells, Whirlpool, MI and PureIt are currently not covered.
I have been using my Water Purifier for 5 years. Can I buy Comprehensive AMC?
Yes, Comprehensive AMC can be bought for water purifiers less than 10 years old.
What is not covered in Comprehensive AMC?
Comprehensive AMC does not cover any physical damage or external accessories that are not part of the water purifier.
If I change my mind and want to cancel the plan. Can I get a refund?
We can certainly refund the plan amount within 15 days of purchase, provided you have not already filed a service request or availed any service under Onsitego AMC.
What do I have to pay in case my Water Purifier breaks down and needs replacement of parts?
You don't need to pay anything in case the water purifier breaks down, as the plan covers all the spare parts. However, the filters and membrane are replaced once annually.
What if I receive a damaged kit?
In case, the kit is damaged or any component is broken on receipt, Onsitego will replace the kit free of cost.
