Amazfit has added the Bip 3 series of smartwatches to its lineup in the global market. The Bip 3 series of watches will be the successors of the Bip U series which was introduced back in 2020. The series comprises the Amazfit Bip 3 Pro and the Amazfit Bip 3 smartwatches. They feature 2.5D curved colour displays, in-built sports modes, 24/7 heart rate monitoring, smartphone notification alerts, GPS/A-GPS, sleep tracking, and more.

The new Amazfit Bip 3 and Bip 3 Pro come with a rectangular dial and flat sides. They are pretty lightweight, weighing just 33 grams. The smartwatches sport a 1.69-inch TFT screen with 240 x 280 pixels resolution, AF coating, and 2.5D curved glass. They come with a water-resistant design with a 5ATM rating, which means you can take them for swimming up to 50 metres. 

The only difference between the two models is the inbuilt GPS function in the Amazfit Bip 3 Pro. It supports up to four satellite positioning systems for higher accuracy. The vanilla Bip 3 can perform similar functions with the help of your smartphone’s GPS. They can pair with smartphones via Bluetooth v5.0 LE and display notifications, calls, messages, reminders etc. at a glance. 

The Amazfit Bip 3 and the Bip 3 Pro come with essential features such as BioTracker 2 PPG biometric sensor, 24-hour heart rate monitoring, stress analysis, blood oxygen (SpO2) measurement, and women’s health. The PAI Health Assessment System makes use of smart algorithms to gather health and fitness, as well as data gathered from the user’s everyday activities, for a better understanding. They also include more than 60 sport in-built sports modes for fitness tracking. 

Both the Amazfit Bip 3 and the Bip 3 Pro come with a 280mAh battery. The brand claims they can last for up to 14 days with normal use and up to a week with heavy usage. These smartwatches are compatible with smartphones running on Android 7.0 or above and iOS 12 or above.

The Amazfit Bip 3 comes is priced at $59.99 (around ₹4,674) in the global markets. The Amazfit Bip 3 Pro comes at a price of $69.99 (around ₹5,461). They come in blue, black, and pink colours. The smartwatches may come to India since the vanilla Bip 3 is already listed on Amazon.in.
