Ambrane has launched its first-ever entrant in the wearable smart glasses realm, dubbed Ambrane Glares. The Ambrane Glares combine vision, sound, and style to improve the user’s every day experiences, and enhance one’s productivity. Ambrane Glares come with an open-ear audio output, much like the one found on the Snapchat Spectacles. The smart glasses come with built-in speakers, and are claimed to last around 7 hours on a single charge.

Ambrane Glares: Price
The Ambrane Glares smart glasses are priced at ₹9,999 in India. That said, interested buyers can get their hands on the glasses for as low as ₹4,999, as the brand has offered an introductory pricing of the glasses via its official website. The Ambrane Glares are being offered in round, as well as in square shape, and are available in a single Black colour option.
Ambrane Glares: Specifications
The Ambrane Glares come with built-in speakers and have support for touch controls. The touch controls will stay hidden on the temple. The glasses have a MEMS microphone for making phone calls. As far as durability and protection from water and moisture is concerned, the Ambrane Glares are water-resistant. Plus, the glasses offer water-resistant HD Surround Sound as well. The glasses have an IPX4 rating.

Speaking of the touch controls they offer, the touch controls on the Ambrane Glares can be used to accept or reject phone calls, control music playback, interact with the smartphone’s virtual assistants, and listen to music. The glasses can be paired with both iOS and Android devices running Bluetooth v5.1 and above.
Coming to the basic functionality which even the regular glasses are supposed to offer, the Ambrane Glares feature glare reduction glasses for clear vision. The glasses come with a magnetic clip-on lens that changes from blue-light filtering to premium sunglasses in an instant. Furthermore, they are claimed to be UV400 certified and offer 99.99 percent protection from the harmful UV rays and radiation.
