Apple’s new MacBook Air M2 will be available for purchase later this month. As per the details released by Apple, the MacBook Air M2 will be available for pre-order starting from this Friday, July 8, 2022. It will start shipping to consumers starting from July 15. To recall, the Apple MacBook Air M2 is equipped with an M2 chipset which offers an 18 percent faster CPU and 35 percent more powerful GPU performance compared to the MacBook Air M1. It features a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina Display, 1080p FaceTime camera, four speakers, support for 24GB RAM, 2TB storage, and 67W fast charging support.

As mentioned above, the Apple MacBook Air M2 will be available for pre-order in India from July 8, 2022 at 5:30 PM. The MacBook Air M2 will go on sale starting from July 15.
The Apple MacBook Air M2 price in India starts at ₹1,19,900 for the 8-core GPU and 256GB storage variant. The top-end model with 10-core GPU and 512GB storage retails for ₹1,49,900.

Apple MacBook Air M2 Specifications, Features
The Apple MacBook Air M2 comes with a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina Display that has a 2560 x 1664 pixels resolution, 500 nits brightness, and a pixel density of 224 PPI. Powering the MacBook Air under the hood is an all-new M2 chipset which offers 18 percent faster CPU, a 35 percent faster GPU, and a 40 percent faster Neural Engine compared to Apple’s M1 chipset.
The MacBook Air M2 comes with 8GB of RAM which is coupled with 256GB/512GB of internal storage. Users can expand the RAM and storage up to 24GB and 2TB respectively. As far as the rest of the key features are concerned, the MacBook has a 1080p FaceTime camera, Wi-Fi 6 support, Bluetooth v5.0, two Thunderbolt (USB 4) ports, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and MagSafe 3 for charging.
The whole package draws power from a 52.6-Wh lithium polymer battery, which offers up to 18 hours of video playback on a single charge. Lastly, the MacBook Air with M2 chip also supports fast charging with an optional 67W USB-C power adapter.
