Apple-owned Beats has officially launched its latest true wireless earbuds: Beats Fit Pro. This latest offering looks similar to the Beats Studio Buds, which Apple had launched earlier this year. However, it comes with non-detachable wingtips for a more secure fit. The earbuds use Apple’s H1 chip and have Apple ecosystem features such as Spatial Audio and automatic pairing with devices that have the same iCloud account. They also feature ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and an IPX4 rating. It also has Adaptive EQ, which automatically adjusts low and mid-range frequencies using computational audio with the help of the inward-facing mics.

Beats Fit Pro Specifications, Features
These earbuds have an in-ear design and fixed wingtips for a better fit. The earbuds are powered by Apple’s H1 chip, which means that they offer Apple ecosystem features such as hands-free access to Siri, one-touch pairing, Find My integration in iOS, automatic device switching, and audio sharing. It also has an IPX4 rating which lets you use the earbuds during gym workouts or during light rains.
The Beats Fit Pro also features Adaptive EQ that continuously scans and adjusts low and mid-range frequencies using computational audio and the help of inward-facing microphones. The earbuds also support Apple’s Spatial audio feature and dynamic head tracking. The Spatial audio feature won’t be available for Group FaceTime on the Beats Fit Pro at launch, but it will be introduced in the future via a software update.

Beats claims that its custom 9.6mm transducers and the vent system improve the audio quality over previous earbuds. The earbuds also have support for Dolby Audio for expansive soundstage. The Beats Fit Pro also has ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) that “continuously adapts in real-time,” scanning and adjusting up to 200 times per second to counter any changes “in fit and movement.” The earbuds also have transparency mode which lets you hear what’s going on around you when needed.
Coming to the battery life, Beats says that the earbuds can last for up to six hours with ANC or Transparency Mode active. They can deliver a battery life of another 21 hours with the charging case. When you turn the ANC off and use the Fit Pro in Adaptive EQ mode, you can get up to seven hours of battery life with the buds and 27 hours more worth of charge left in the case. Unfortunately, the case doesn’t support wireless charging, but it does have a USB Type-C port. The Fast Fuel feature gives you an hour of playtime in five minutes.
