Bengaluru-based Bounce launched its first electric scooter, the Bounce Infinity E1, last year in December 2021. The production of the scooter has finally begun and deliveries will start from April 18, 2022.
Bounce is a bike rental start-up which recently ventured into the production of electric two-wheelers. The company announced that it will be manufacturing the E1 electric scooter in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The facility spans across three acres and boasts of a yearly production capacity of 2,00,000 units.

In the wake of growing concerns over the safety of electric vehicles, especially when it comes to batteries, Bounce Infinity assures that they have worked to ensure the safety and quality of batteries before shipping them with the scooters. Moreover, the startup claims that it has deployed “quality gates” at various stages in the production line.

Bounce Infinity E1 Features
The Infinity E1 electric scooter features a removable 2 kWh (48V, IP67) lithium-ion battery pack along with a 1.5 kW electric motor. It can reportedly reach a top speed of 65 kmph. Additionally, the company says that its EV offers a riding range of up to 85 km on a single charge.
Bounce’s Infinity E1 is available in five colours—Sporty Red, Sparkle Black, Pearl White, Desat Silver, and Comet Grey.
Bounce Infinity E1 Price, Availability
The Bounce Infinity E1 comes with a ‘Battery as a Service’ option. This means you can buy it without the battery and charger for ₹45,099, ex-showroom Delhi, and opt for the monthly subscription plan worth ₹1,249. In this scheme, you will have to pay ₹35 each time you swap the battery. Do note that the Bounce Infinity E1 price starts from ₹68,999, ex-showroom Delhi.
The company says that it is planning to set up at least 3000 Battery Swap Stations Infinity in 10 cities. It added that it will be expanding its manufacturing facilities by setting up another plant in South India which will reportedly have an annual capacity of over 5,00,000 scooters.
