Alongside the world’s first 17.3-inch foldable laptop, the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED, Asus also launched its ExpertBook B3 Detachable at the CES 2022. It’s a 2-in-1 device that can be used both as a standalone laptop and also with a physical keyboard attached. The ExpertBook naming suggests that it is slotted as a business laptop and will expand the ExpertBook range. The Asus ExpertBook B3 Detachable is based on an ARM-based CPU by Qualcomm, gets dual cameras, and runs on Windows 11 out of the box.

Asus ExpertBook B3 Detachable Features, Specifications
The Asus ExpertBook B3 Detachable sports a 10.5-inch LCD touchscreen display with 1920×1200 pixels resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, and up to 320 nits of peak brightness. The notebook is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 chipset, which is an octa-core processor clocked at 2.55 GHz and is based on the 8nm fabrication process. Graphics duty is handled by the Adreno 618 GPU. It is equipped with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB internal storage of eMMC type. The 2-in-1 laptop comes with a 13MP rear-facing camera and a 5MP front-facing camera for video calling and selfies.
The Asus ExpertBook B3 Detachable is loaded with AI noise cancellation feature and 3D noise-reduction for clear audio during video calls. The notebook comes with an MIL-STD 810H certification to protect it from drops. You can doodle, paint, or make notes via the stylus pen, which comes as an optional accessory. Additionally, the laptop has a dedicated stylus pen slot.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.1, a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes with a 45-watt Type-C charger and a 38Whr battery under its hood.
Asus hasn’t revealed the price or the availability of the Asus ExpertBook B3 Detachable yet. It will come in a single black colour option.
