Google has made its all-new Chromecast with Google TV HD official, and as the title suggests, the new streaming gadget does not have 4K capabilities. The new Chromecast replaces the basic Chromecast from 2018 and delivers 1080p output. The new streaming gadget blends your beloved Chromecast capabilities from previous generations with the goodness of the Google TV experience, which combines movies, programmes, and live TV. Chromecast With Google TV (HD) Price In India, Availability

The new Chromecast with Google TV (HD) 2022 edition is priced at ₹4,499 in India. Users may, however, purchase the streaming device from Flipkart for ₹4,199 as part of the ongoing Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2022. The device is offered in the standard Snow colour and comes with a voice remote. It will also be available shortly at other popular major retailers around the country.

Chromecast With Google TV (HD) Features

The Google Chromecast with Google TV (HD) supports HDR and can output up to 1080p resolution via an HDMI connector. Both the device and the remote are designed in the same fashion as the Chromecast with Google TV (4K) and may be used to activate the Google Assistant. The remote also has separate YouTube and Netflix keys.

The device natively supports several streaming services, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, Apple TV+, and others, thanks to the enhanced Google TV interface. There is also Google Play Store integration, which means you can download apps and games from the Play Store directly. The device includes 8GB of storage space, a USB Type-C port, an HDMI port, a power adapter, a remote, and AAA alkaline batteries.

The Chromecast with Google TV HD is driven by an Amlogic S805X2 chipset with 1.5GB of RAM, and you’ll still have access to your favourite Chromecast features like casting from your phone, sharing your Google Photos to your TV, and casting your Google Meet video calls to TV.
