Dell Alienware X14 And M15 R7 Laptops Launched In India

Alienware, part of the Dell Technologies group, has introduced the world’s thinnest 14-inch gaming laptops and the company’s most powerful 15-inch gaming laptop in the Indian market today. Both the Alienware X14 and Alienware M15 R7 laptops are powered by the latest 12th Gen Intel Core H-series processors along with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX series graphics. These laptops carry the company’s signature design, vibrant displays, precision drivers, high-quality speakers, and more.

Alienware X14 Gaming Laptop Specifications

The Dell Alienware X14 gets a Full HD (1920×1080) resolution LED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. The laptop displays are Dolby Vision-certified for full-spectrum visuals and Dolby Atmos-certified for immersive spatial audio. These panels also have ComfortView Plus technology, which reduces blue light and eye strain without sacrificing quality or performance.

The X14 comes with two processor options—the 12th Gen Intel Core i5 12500H and an Intel Core i7 12700H. It gets up to 32GB of LPDDR5 dual channel RAM and up to 2TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD storage option.

On the graphics front, the laptops gets three options for graphics cards—the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB, RTX 3050Ti 4GB and RTX 3060 6GB. It has customizable RGB-LED lighting in two zones, the Alien head on the top cover as well as the keyboard, for an iconic appearance. The keyboard lighting consists of an array of LEDs with light guides that illuminate the entire keyboard area.

The laptop has a tested battery life of 11 hours and 18 minutes on an HD video loop test. The 80Whr battery here comes with support for fast charging and Alienware supplies the laptop with a 130W Type-C GaN FET charger.

Alienware M15 R7 Gaming Laptop Specifications

The Alienware M15 R7 gets a Full HD (1920×1080) resolution LED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and a Quad HD resolution display model with a 240Hz refresh rate. The M15 R7 also gets a Dolby Vision-certified display for full-spectrum visuals and is Dolby Atmos-certified for immersive spatial audio. These panels also have ComfortView Plus technology, which reduces blue light and eye strain without sacrificing quality or performance.

The M15 R7 comes with just a single processor option—the 12th Gen Intel Core i7 12700H. It gets up to 64GB of LPDDR5 dual channel RAM and up to 4TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD storage option.

Additionally, the M15 R7 also gets 1.8mm key travel across a per-key RGB AlienFX backlit keyboard that can be tailored via the Alienware Command Center. On the graphics front, the laptops gets four options NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB, RTX 3060 4GB, RTX 3070Ti 8GB and RTX 3080Ti 16GB graphics cards. The R7 comes with two battery options—a 56Whr cell or an 86Whr cell. Accordingly there are three charging options available, a180W standard, 240W and a 240W Type-C GaN FET charger.

The newly released Alienware gaming laptops are available for purchase via Dell.com, Dell Exclusive Stores (DES), large format retail, as well as multi-brand outlets in India. The Alienware X14 starts at ₹1,69,990 while the the Alienware M15 R7 starts at ₹1,64,990 in the country.
