Dell has introduced two new G-series gaming laptops in today dubbed the Dell G15 5520 and the Dell G15 5521 Special Edition (SE). Both laptops are powered by the latest 12th generation Intel Core i5 and Core i7 H series processors. They ship with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics cards with 8GB GDDR6 VRAM.

Dell G15 5520, G15 5521 Special Edition (SE) Price In India, Availability
The Dell G15 5520 price in India starts at ₹85,990, while the G15 5521 SE retails for ₹1,18,990. These new laptops will be available for purchase from Dell Exclusive Stores, large format retail, Dell online store, and multi-brand outlets. The vanilla Dell G15 5520 laptop will be available in Dark Shadow Grey, while the Dell G15 5521 SE will be sold in Obsidian Black colour.

According to Dell, the G15 5520 and the G15 5521 Special Edition (SE) laptops feature gaming-inspired designs. The SE model has an aluminum cover with an iridescent logo. The 15.6-inch displays are available in three configurations— Full HD display with 120Hz refresh rate and 250 nits brightness, Full HD display with 165Hz refresh rate, and a QHD display with 240Hz refresh rate and 400 nits brightness.
The key difference between the vanilla G15 5520 model and the G15 5521 SE model is that the former has 2-sided narrow bezels, while the latter features 3-sided narrow bezels. As mentioned above, these laptops can be configured with either Intel Core i5-12500H processor or the 12th generation Intel Core i7-12700H processor. They pack 16GB (2 x 8GB DDR5) of RAM. Users have the option to choose from either 512GB or 1TB (SE model) M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD storage.
Dell says that these new machines have an improved Alienware-inspired thermal design that offers optimal cooling. The cooling setup gets dual air-intake, ultra-thin fan blades, copper pipes, and four vents. The vanilla model comes with an orange backlit keyboard that has a numeric keypad and G-key, while the SE variant features a 4-zone RGB backlit keyboard with numeric keyboard and G-key.
Audio on the laptop is handled by a two 2.5W stereo speakers that offer Dolby Audio support. These laptops are equipped with a HD RGB camera. Both come preinstalled with Windows 11 Home. When it comes to connectivity, the G15 laptops support Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, USB Type-C port, HDMI 2.1, RJ45, and a headphone jack.
