Dizo Star 300, Dizo Star 500 Launched in India: Price, Specifications

Last week, Realme’s sub-brand Dizo launched the Dizo Wireless Neckband Earphones and the Dizo GoPod D truly wireless earbuds. Today, Dizo has silently unveiled two new feature phones—Dizo Star 300 and Dizo Star 500—in the Indian market. Both these feature phones are priced under ₹2,000. The Dizo Star 300 comes equipped with a 0.08MP camera and 32MB of internal storage. The Dizo Star 500 features a 2.8-inch display, 32MB of RAM, 32MB onboard storage, and a 0.3MP camera. The Dizo Star 300 is priced at ₹1,299 and it comes in three colours: Black, Blue and Green. The Dizo Star 500, which is priced at ₹1,799, is offered in three colours: Black, Green, and Silver. The Dizo Star 300 and the Dizo Star 500 can be purchased from Flipkart.

The Dizo Star 300 sports a 1.77-inch display with QVGA resolution (160 x 120 pixels). The phone houses 32MB of RAM, 32MB of internal storage, and a microSD card (up to 64GB expansion). As for the camera, the device has a rectangular-shaped camera module at the back, which consists of a 0.08MP camera. The Dizo Star 300 supports eight languages which include English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarat, Telugu, Punjabi, and Kannada. Connectivity-wise, the handset offers dual-SIM support, 2G, Bluetooth v2.1, FM Radio, and a microUSB port. The phone is powered by a 2,500mAh battery.

As far as the Dizo Star 500 specifications go, the device sports a 2.8-inch display with 320 x 240 pixels resolution. It has the same RAM and storage configuration as that of Dizo Star 300, which means that it has 32MB internal storage, 32MB RAM, and microSD card support. For the camera, Dizo has incorporated a 0.3MP VGA camera for the Star 500. The device five different languages support, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, and Telugu.

Basic connectivity features present on the device include dual-SIM support, 2G, Bluetooth v2.1, FM Radio, and a microUSB port. The Dizo Star 500 is equipped with the SC6531E processor and a 1,900mAh battery. Both these handsets come pre-loaded with Alarm, Calculator, Calendar, Files Manager, and Sound Recorder apps.
