Honda Cars India has launched the Honda Connect app for Wear OS. The app was released alongside the launch of the Honda Citi e-HEV in India. It comes with a wide range of features which will allow you to connect your Honda car to your smartwatch.

Honda Connect Wear OS App Features
The Honda Connect app allows you to view the status of fuel, battery voltage, drive range, engine coolant temperature, and interior temperature. Additionally, it offers various tracking features. You can track the location of your Honda car and even navigate to it if you have forgotten the parking location.
The tracking feature also helps you locate your car in case it gets stolen, as it can be tracked even if the engine is switched off. It also alerts you if someone tries to break into your car. Geo-Fence Alert lets you set up a “Geo-Fence” around your car. If the specified region is breached, you will receive an alert. In case of an emergency, you can get help via the SOS feature.
Furthermore, the app offers various remote functions. You can cool down your car even before you enter by switching on the AC for up to 10 minutes. The car doors and boot can also be remotely locked and unlocked.
The Car Dashboard feature lets you check your car windows, doors, light, and boot if you have forgotten to lock your car. The app includes safety features such as Auto Crash Notification which automatically sends an alert via SMS to emergency contacts when the air bag is deployed.
The Honda Connect app will also alert you in case your car’s battery malfunctions. And if you find it hard to keep a track of your car’s servicing schedule, the app will make things easier for you by scheduling service appointments. Moreover, it will keep a track of service history and even estimate the service cost.
Honda Connect Wear OS App: Getting Started
To get started with the Watch OS app, you will have to register via your mobile number or an autogenerated code. The latter method will require you to get a code via your smartwatch. It can be validated in the wearable section of the Honda connect mobile app.
