Infinix Smart 5A With 6.5-inch HD+ Display, Helio A20 Processor Launched in India: Price, Specifications

Infinix has launched the Infinix Smart 5A in India. It is an affordable smartphone that comes with a 6.52-inch HD+ display and is powered by MediaTek’s quad-core Helio A20 chipset. The smartphone features an 8MP dual-camera setup, an 8MP selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery. It looks attractive and even comes with a fingerprint reader on the rear. It will compete with the likes of the Realme C11 2021, Realme C20, and the Redmi 9A.

The Inifnix Smart 5A price in India starts at ₹6,499. The device comes in three colours: Midnight Black, Ocean Wave, and Quetzal Cyan colour options. The Infinix Smart 5A will go on sale in India via Flipkart starting from August 9, 2021.

Infinix Smart 5A Specifications

The Infinix Smart 5A comes with a water-drop notch display that houses a selfie camera. The device features a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display that has HD+ resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The smartphone ships with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It also has microSD card support which allows additional storage (up to 256GB). The device is powered by a 1.8GHz quad-core MediaTek Helio A20 chipset. On the software front, the handset runs Android 11 (Go Edition) out of the box. The device comes equipped with a rear-facing fingerprint sensor and also offers the face unlock feature.

As for imaging, the phone features a dual-camera setup. The rear-facing camera module occupies an 8MP primary main camera and a depth sensor. The 8MP primary main camera is capable of recording 1080p videos and it has an F2.0 aperture. For selfies and video-calling purposes, the device uses an 8MP front-facing camera. The phone ships with a 5,000mAh battery. Dimensions-wise, the Infinix Smart 5A measures 165.5 × 76.4 × 8.75mm and weighs around 183g. Connectivity features of the device include GPS, a dual-SIM card slot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a microUSB port.
