iQOO has launched the iQOO 7 series smartphones in the Indian market today. The new lineup of smartphones has two devices, the iQOO 7 and the iQOO 7 Legend. The iQOO 7 series comes as the flagship smartphone lineup from the brand for India. Going by the prices and specifications, the iQOO 7 and the iQOO 7 Legend compete directly with the Mi 11X, Mi 11X Pro, and the OnePlus 9R in the country.

The iQOO 7 Legend price in India is Rs 39,990 for the base variant which has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. There is also a 12GB+256GB model on offer and it costs Rs 43,990.
The iQOO 7 as well as the iQOO 7 Legend will go on pre-orders in the country starting May 1st. Both smartphones will be available to purchase exclusively from Amazon India. The e-commerce website is offering a Rs 2,000 discount on the iQOO 7 and a Rs 3,000 discount on the iQOO 7 Legend if you make the payment through ICICI Bank credit or debit cards.
iQOO 7 specifications
The iQOO 7 features a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The display has a punch-hole mounted to the top-center portion of the screen.
The iQOO 7 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. As mentioned earlier, the iQOO 7 is available in India in 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB configurations. The device runs on the Android 11 OS with Funtouch OS 11.1 customization.
When it comes to imaging, the iQOO 7 has a triple-camera setup at the rear with a 48MP primary camera, a 13MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. Even though the iQOO 7 has a camera sensor and processor that supports 4K video recording at 60 frames per second, the smartphone misses out on this video recording option.
The iQOO 7 packs a 4,400mAh battery with 66W charging that can fill the battery from 0% to 100% in just 39 minutes. The iQOO 7 is a 5G-enabled smartphone that also features dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port
iQOO 7 Legend specifications
The iQOO 7 Legend is basically a more advanced version of the iQOO 7. It comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor as opposed to the Snapdragon 870 in the iQOO 7.
The iQOO 7 Legend has the same primary and ultrawide camera at the rear as the iQOO 7. However, the iQOO 7 Legend uses a 13MP 2x zoom telephoto camera instead of a 2MP sensor on the iQOO 7.
The iQOO 7 Legend has a smaller, 4,000mAh battery, as opposed to the 4,400mAh unit in the iQOO 7. According to the company, the device can charge from 0% to 100% in just 22 minutes.
The rest of the specifications of the iQOO 7 Legend are shared with that of the iQOO 7.
