iQOO has launched a couple of new Z-series smartphones in the Indian market. The iQOO Z6 Pro 5G is the company’s first handset with the Pro moniker under the Z-series and also happens to be the first Z-series handset with an OLED display.

The all-new iQOO Z6 Pro 5G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor and comes with up to 12GB of RAM. Other highlights of the handset include a 64MP camera setup, a 4,700mAh battery, and 66W fast charging. The iQOO Z6 Pro 5G comes in three configuration—6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 12GB + 256GB. The pricing is as follows.

iQOO will offer 2 years of warranty on the iQOO Z6 Pro. As a launch offer, buyers can avail 10 percent discount with ICICI, Kotak, and RBL Cards. It will be available for purchase exclusively via Amazon. It will go on sale during the upcoming Summer Sale event with an introductory price.

iQOO Z6 Pro 5G Specifications And Features

The iQOO Z6 Pro 5G features a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ (2,404 × 1,080 pixel) resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180Hz touch sampling rate. It can go as high as 1,300nits in terms of brightness and is also HDR10+ certified. The display panel houses the front selfie shooter inside a water-drop notch and offers an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, the iQOO Z6 Pro sports an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor that is built on TSMC’s 6nm fabrication process. The system on chip brings with it an integrated Adreno 642L GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB internal storage. iQOO has also enabled vapor chamber liquid cooling with a 32,923mm² cooling area and an 8-layer heat dissipation system.

The iQOO Z6 Pro 5G offers a triple-rear camera setup and an LED flash. The primary shooter on the handset is a 64MP sensor that has an F1.79 aperture. Accompanying it is an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with an F2.2 aperture. There is also a 2MP macro lens that lets you go as close as 4cm to the subject. For selfies and video calls, it is equipped with a 16MP front shooter that has an F2.0 aperture.

The latest Z-series handset is backed by a 4,700mAh battery and supports 66W FlashCharge fast charging. The handset offers a Type-C charging port and a 3.5mm audio jack. In terms of connectivity, it offers dual-SIM, 5G, (2.4GHz + 5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and Glonass.

The iQOO Z6 Pro retails in two colour options—Legion Sky and Phantom Dusk. The handset weighs 180grams and measures 159.7 × 73.6 × 8.49mm. The device boots Android 12 with Vivo’s proprietary FunTouchOS 12 skin on top.
