It packs in a 1.5″ 3W front-firing speaker and dual microphone setup. The clock is powered by Amlogic A113X processor and 4GB RAM. For connectivity, the gadget relies on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1. The Smart Clock Essential features volume and power buttons on the top. Due to the lack of an in-built battery, the clock needs to be plugged in at all times. The device sports a full-size USB port that can be used for charging your mobile.
To encourage your mirage of privacy, Lenovo has added a mute switch on the new Smart Clock Essential. The gadget comes with customisable clock faces though you can’t do much on a monochrome display. The clock comes with a neat Ambient Light Dock. It has eight light modes including warm sunset, ocean blue, cherry gorgeous, and rainbow light. You can cycle through all these options by simply double-tapping on the clock or via voice command.
