Lenovo Tab P12 Pro, Tab P11 5G Tablets Officially Announced: Price, Specifications

Alongside the Lenovo Yoga Slim Carbon and the Yoga Slim Pro laptops, Lenovo has officially announced the launch of the successor to the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro tablet: Lenovo Tab P12 Pro. The company has also introduced the Lenovo Tab P11 5G mid-range tablet. Both tablets are designed to take on the latest Apple iPad and Galaxy Tab S7 lineups. The Lenovo Tab 12 Pro comes with a 12.6-inch AMOLED display and packs Snapdragon 870 chipset. It ships with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. As for the Lenovo Tab P11 5G, it comes with an 11-inch IPS LCD display and is powered by Snapdragon 750G processor. It features a 13MP rear-facing camera, 8MP selfie camera, and offers 5G connectivity support.

Lenovo Tab P12 Pro, Tab P11 5G Pricing And Availability

The Wi-Fi variant of the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is priced at $609.99 (around ₹44,900), while its 5G variant retails for €899 (around ₹78,300). The 5G variant of the tablet will available in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) countries, while the Wi-Fi model will be available only in the US. The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro comes in the Stormy Gray colour avatar. The Lenovo Tab P11 5G’s price is €499 (around ₹43,500). It comes in Moon White, Story Gray, and Modernist Turquoise colour variants.

The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro succeeds the company’s Lenovo Tab P11 Pro. The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro features a 12.4-inch AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution (2,560 x 1,600 pixels), a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision. Under the hood, the Tab P12 Pro is equipped with the Snapdragon 870 processor. The tablet packs 6GB/8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB of onboard storage. It also has a microSD card slot that allows storage expansion.

In the imaging department, it features a dual-camera setup which consists of a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary lens. For selfies and video-calling, the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro sports an 8MP camera. The tablet also has Precision Pen 3 stylus support.

On the software front, the Tab P12 Pro runs Android 11 out of the box. The tablet has 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The Tab P12 Pro also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor that is embedded in the power button. A 10,200mAh battery fuels the tablet and supports 45W fast charging. Last but not least, the tablet also has pogo pin connectors that let you connect to an external keyboard.

As far as the specifications of the Lenovo Tab P11 5G go, it comes with an 11-inch IPS LCD display, featuring a 2K resolution (2,000 x 1,200 pixels) and Dolby Vision HDR. The Lenovo Tab P11 5G comes equipped with the Snapdragon 750G processor. The tablet comes in 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options. The rest of the specifications include a 13MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, quad JBL speakers, and a dual-microphone setup.

The tablet’s connectivity features include 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The Lenovo Tab P11 5G is powered by a 7,700mAh battery. Similar to the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro, the Lenovo Tab P11 5G has 20W fast charging support.
