Apple has released its beta version of macOS Monterey 12.2 for developers. This comes shortly after the release of the macOS 12.1 Monterey. The release notes on Apple’s support website state that this build brings no major changes. However, according to a report, it comes with an overhauled Music app and improved ProMotion support for the 14-inch MacBook Pro and 16-inch MacBook Pro variants.
The recently launched MacBook Pro sports a Super Retina XDR display and a 120Hz screen refresh rate. But users reported that the laptops lacked support for 120Hz with some apps like Safari. However, the brand later seeded a Safari Technology Preview hoping to solve this issue, but didn’t succeed.
