Micromax has launched a new entry-level smartphone—Micromax IN 2C—in India today. The device features a 6.52-inch HD+ display, a Unisoc T610 processor, and an 8MP camera.

The Micromax IN 2C’s price is ₹8,499. It comes in just one variant that has 3GB RAM + 32GB storage. However, the brand is offering it for ₹7,499 as part of an introductory offer. The smartphone is available in two colour options: Brown and Silver. The Micromax IN 2C will go on sale on May 1, 2022, in the country.

The Micromax IN 2C features a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution. Powering the device is the octa-core Unisoc T610 processor which is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The internal storage can further be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. The Micromax IN 2C runs the Android 11 operating system out of the box.

For photography, the Micromax IN 2C offers an 8MP rear camera. For selfies and video calls, the device relies upon a 5MP front shooter. Coming to the battery of the device, the Micromax IN 2C packs in a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W of standard charging over a Type-C port. The smartphone also features a 3.5mm headphone jack.
