Micromax, the forgotten Indian mobile phone brand, is making a comeback. This time, it is also playing a patriotic card, following the anti-Chinese sentiment after the India-China border clash that happened a few months ago. The company has announced a new smartphone series and two new smartphones in it. The Micromax IN Note 1 and the Micromax IN 1b are the company’s two new smartphones in the new IN series.

The Micromax IN 1b price in India is ₹6,999 for the 2GB RAM and 32GB storage variant. The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant costs ₹7,999. The Micromax IN Note 1 price in India is set at ₹10,999 for 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, while the price for 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is ₹12,999. Micromax has fitted an 8MP selfie camera inside the IN 1b’s display notch. At the rear, the new smartphone has a 13MP+2MP dual-camera setup, and it can record Full HD videos using its front and rear cameras.
