After the Moto Edge 30 Pro, Motorola has launched another Edge series handset in the Indian market—the Motorola Edge 30. The company claims that the Edge 30 is the slimmest 5G phone in the world. The Motorola Edge 30 also happens to be the first Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ powered smartphone in the country.
Other highlights of the Edge 30 include a 144Hz OLED display, a 50MP camera setup, a 4,000mAh battery, and 33W fast charging. Let us take a closer look at the Motorola Edge 30 price in India, specifications, and features.
Motorola Edge 30 Price In India And Launch Offers
The Motorola Edge 30 comes in two configurations—6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. The handset will be available for purchase in the country starting May 19 exclusively via Flipkart.

As a launch offer, Motorola will offer a ₹2,000 flat discount with HDFC credit cards on both the variants, which will bring the price down to ₹25,999 and ₹27,999 respectively.
Motorola Edge 30: Specifications And Features
The Edge 30 features a 6.55-inch pOLED display panel with a Full HD+ (2,460 × 1,080 pixels) resolution, 402ppi pixel density, 144Hz refresh rate, and 500nits peak brightness. It is a 10-bit panel that is HDR10+ certified and houses the front camera inside a centered punch-hole notch.
Powering the handset is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ that is built on TSMC’s 6nm fabrication process. The system on chip comes paired with Adreno 642L, up to 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB UFS3.1 internal storage. The handset boots MyUX, which is based on Android 12. Motorola is also promising two years of Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates.
The Edge 30 flaunts a triple-rear camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor with an F1.8 aperture and OIS. Accompanying it is a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 118° field of view and an F2.2 aperture. It also has a 2MP depth sensor with an F2.4 aperture along with an LED flash. For selfies and video calls, it relies on a 32MP selfie shooter that has an F2.25 aperture.
The Motorola Edge 30 is equipped with a 4,020mAh battery unit and 33W TurboPower fast charging. It has a Type-C port for charging and data transfers. The handset lacks a 3.5mm audio jack, so audio is also routed through the Type-C port. The Edge 30 features a stereo speaker setup and Dolby Atmos audio support.
The smartphone comes in two colour options—Aurora Green and Meteor Grey. It weighs 155 grams and measures 159.38 × 74.24 × 6.79mm. The handset also features IP52 rating which makes it splash resistant. In terms of connectivity, it offers 5G (13 bands), dual-band Wi-Fi 6E 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and GPS.
