Last week, Motorola launched new smartphones in the Edge series dubbed the Moto Edge 30 Ultra and Moto Edge 30 Fusion. These newly launched devices are now on sale in India for the first time and they can be purchased exclusively via Flipkart. To recall, the Moto Edge 30 Ultra comes with a 6.6-inch pOLED display featuring a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, 200MP camera, and a 4,610mAh battery. On the other hand, the Moto Edge 30 Fusion is equipped with a Snapdragon 888+ processor and it packs a 4,400mAh battery which supports 68W fast charging.

The Moto Edge 30 Ultra and the Moto Edge 30 Fusion are available for sale in India exclusively via Flipkart. The Moto Edge 30 Ultra is priced at ₹59,999 for the sole 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. On the other hand, the Moto Edge 30 Fusion retails for ₹42,999.

The Edge 30 Ultra comes in Interstellar Black and Starlight White colourwys , while the Edge 30 Fusion is available for purchase in Cosmic Grey and Solar Gold colour options. As a part of the launch offer, interested buyers can avail ₹3,000 discount with ICICI Bank and Axis Bank cards.

The Moto Edge 30 Ultra boasts of a 6.67-inch pOLED display panel that has Full HD+ resolution. The display panel has 394PPI pixel density, a 144Hz refresh rate, 1250 nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. Furthermore, the device also has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, the smartphone is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The device packs 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage. As for the software, this Edge series device boots Android 12 out of the box with MyUX on top. The device is confirmed to receive three years of Android updates and four years of security patch updates.

The screen has a 402PPI pixel density, a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The display panel has an in-display fingerprint scanner and a punch hole cutout that houses the selfie camera.

Powering the Edge 30 Fusion under the hood is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ processor which is paired with Adreno 660 GPU. The smartphone packs 128GB UFS 3.1 storage and 8GB LPDDR5 RAM. It runs Android 12 out of the box. The device is confirmed to receive two Android version updates and three years of Android security patch updates.

As for the optics, the device flaunts a 50MP rear shooter with optical image stabilization and LED flash. The 50MP sensor is accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side, the handset sports a 32MP camera.
