Moto G Stylus 2022 With 6.8-inch Full HD+ Display, Helio G88 Processor Goes Official

Motorola has announced the successor to the Moto G Stylus 2021, the Moto G Stylus 2022. The new smartphone from Motorola arrives with a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display, featuring Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is equipped with MediaTek’s octa-core processor. The smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box, packs 128GB of internal storage, and has a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support.

Moto G Stylus 2022 Pricing, Availability

The Moto G Stylus 2022 is available for pre-order in the US for $299.99 (roughly ₹22,411) at Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon.com, and Motorola’s official website. The device will be available for purchase via Consumer Cellular and Cricket in the coming months. The smartphone comes in Twilight Blue and Metallic Rose colour options.

Details of its India launch are yet to be announced.

Moto G Stylus 2022 Specifications, Features

The Moto G Stylus 2022 boasts of a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display that has Full HD+ 2460 × 1080 pixel resolution. The display panel has a punch-hole cutout at the center and a 90Hz refresh rate. Powering this new Motorola smartphone is an octa-core Helio G88 SoC which is accompanied by a Mali-G52 GPU. The smartphone has Stylus support, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The base Moto G Stylus 2022 model ships with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

The device boots Android 11 out of the box with My UX on top. The smartphone is touted to get an Android 12 update in the future. It will also receive security updates for two years. As far as the imaging details are concerned, the smartphone features a triple-camera setup, which includes a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. The device flaunts a 16MP camera on the front side, which can be used to click selfies and make video calls.

The Moto G Stylus 2022 ships with a 5,000mAh battery which has 10W charging support. The smartphone also has a microSD card support and a 3.5mm audio jack. Lastly, the device measures 170.21 x 75.90 x 9.45mm in size and weighs 216 grams.
