Motorola has released a short video clip teasing the launch of its three new Edge series smartphones. The teaser reveals that the launch event will take place on September 8, 2022. The brand has not yet revealed the names of the upcoming Moto smartphones. However, various reports suggest that two of the upcoming Edge series smartphones will arrive as rebadged versions of the Moto X30 Pro and the Moto S30 Pro from China. While the details of the third smartphone are not known yet, it is expected to be the Moto Razr 2022 foldable smartphone.

Hence, the smartphone will feature a similar set of specifications as the existing Moto X30 Pro. The Moto Edge 30 Ultra will sport a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Powering the device is a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. For photography, the smartphone will offer a triple-rear camera setup with a 200MP Samsung HP1 main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 12MP telephoto lens. In terms of software, the Moto Edge 30 Ultra will boot Android 12-based MyUX out of the box.

The Moto Edge 30 Fusion is said to be a rebadged Moto S30 Pro. The smartphone will flaunt a 6.55-inch Full HD+ curved OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It will come powered by a Snapdragon 888+ processor. In terms of imaging, the Moto Edge 30 Ultra will feature a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone will be powered by a 4,400mAh battery with 68W fast charging support.
