Motorola has launched a new Edge series smartphone dubbed as the Motorola Edge 30. This new smartphone from Motorola is equipped with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that has Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 778G+ chipset under the hood. The handset runs Android 12 and has 50MP triple-camera setup at the back.

The Motorola Edge 30 price has been set to EUR 450 (roughly ₹36,500). The device will be introduced in Europe, Asia, Australia, India, Latin America, and the Middle East in the coming few weeks. The handset comes in Aurora Green, Meteor Grey and Supermoon Silver colour options.

The Motorola Edge 30 boasts of a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that has Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The display panel has HDR 10+ support and a punch-hole cutout which houses the selfie camera. The device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 778G+ processor which is accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The handset lacks microSD card support. As for the software, the device runs Android 12 out of the box.
In terms of imaging, the Edge 30 has a 50MP triple-camera setup which has OIS and All-Pixel Autofocus. The 50MP main sensor is accompanied by a 50MP ultra-wide lens which has a 118-degree field of view. The camera module comprises a 2MP depth sensor. Selfies are handled by a 32MP camera.
The whole package draws power from a 4,020mAh battery that has 33W TurboPower fast charging support. The handset comes with dual-SIM card support, 5G connectivity, IP52 rating for splash resistance, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. However, it misses out in 3.5mm audio jack.
