Motorola had introduced the Motorola Ede 30 Ultra on September 13, 2022 in India. The smartphone was launched in a single 8GB+128GB configuration. Now, the company has announced that it will soon launch another higher-end variant of the Edge 30 Ultra in the country. The new model will feature 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. However, the company has not yet revealed the launch date for the new storage variant. Meanwhile, the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra 8GB+128GB storage variant will be available for purchase starting from September 22 via Flipkart and various offline stores in the country. The smartphone comes in Starlight White and Interstellar Black colour options.
Motorola Edge 30 Ultra Specifications
In terms of specifications, the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra features a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with 2,400×1,080 pixel resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128B of UFS 3.1 storage. In terms of software, the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra runs on Android 12-based MyUI 4.0 out of the box.

For photography, the device offers a triple-rear camera setup including a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 12MP telephoto sensor. For selfies and video calls, the device relies on a 60MP front camera. In terms of battery, the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is backed by a 4,610mAh battery unit with 125W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support. The handset also supports reverse wireless charging.
In terms of connectivity, the device offers 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 6E, MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, two USB Type-C ports, and NFC. Other primary features on the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra include an in-display fingerprint sensor, Stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, and a triple microphone array. The device also comes with an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance.
