Last month, Motorola launched the Edge 30 Ultra smartphone alongside the Moto Edge 30 Fusion in the Indian market. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is the first smartphone in India to offer a 200MP camera sensor. Now, the brand has introduced the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra in a new 12GB + 256GB configuration in the country.

Motorola Edge 30 Ultra: Specifications And Features
The Edge 30 Ultra flaunts a 144Hz Curved OLED display panel that measures 6.67-inch diagonally and features Full HD+ (2,400 × 1,080 pixel) resolution. The display panel on the device supports 1,300 nits peak brightness and features Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is an HDR10+ certified panel that features a DCI-P3 colour gamut and supports DC dimming as well.
Powering the latest Motorola flagship is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor that is fabbed on TSMC’s 4nm process. The system on chip comes coupled with an integrated Adreno 730 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone boots MyUX 4.0, based on Android 12. Motorola has also promised two Android version upgrades and three years of security patch updates for the handset.
The Moto Edge 30 Ultra offers a triple-rear camera setup that includes a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP1 sensor with a 1/1.22-inch sensor size and OIS support. It is accompanied by a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens that has a 117º field of view and an F2.2 aperture. The 50MP sensor also doubles as a macro sensor. There is also a 12MP Sony IMX663 sensor with telephoto functionality that allows for 2x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, it relies on a 60MP front shooter.
The all-new Motorola flagship is equipped with a 4,610mAh battery unit and 125W fast charging support. It also supports 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. The handset relies on a USB 3.1 Type-C port for charging and data transfers. It packs a stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos audio. The smartphone also features an IP52 rating that makes it dust and splash-resistant.
The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra comes in two colour options—Interstellar Black and Starlight White. It weighs 198.5 grams and measures 161.76 × 73.5 × 8.39mm. On the security front, it offers an in-display fingerprint scanner. Connectivity options of the device include dual-SIM, 5G (14 bands), WiFi 6E 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, Glonass, and Beidou.
