After launching the Moto E20 and the Moto E40 a few months ago, Motorola is adding a new device to the E-series smartphone lineup: Motorola Moto E30. The newly launched smartphone has an octa-core Unisoc T700 processor, which also powers the Moto E40. The device flaunts a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display that has HD+ resolution and up to a 90Hz refresh rate. As per the pricing details listed on the Aldi Belgium website, the Moto E30 is priced at EUR 100 (around ₹8,570). Apart from Aldi Belgium, the Moto E30 is also listed on Motorola Slovakia and Lenovo UK websites. Motorola has not announced any detail regarding the global availability of the handset, including India.
Moto E30 Specifications
Starting off with the design of the handset, the Moto E30 has a punch-hole-shaped cutout on the display to place the selfie camera. The device has a physical fingerprint sensor on the rear, whereas on the right side there is a power button, volume rocker keys, and a dedicated Google Assistant button. The smartphone sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display panel has a pixel density of 268 PPI. Powering the handset is an octa-core Unisoc T700 processor. The smartphone packs 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The device also has a microSD card slot, which allows extra storage expansion of up to 1TB.
The Moto E30 runs Android 11 (Go Edition) out of the box. The imaging is handled by a triple-camera setup which consists of a 48MP primary main camera, a 2MP depth camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The rear-facing camera offers features such as Portrait mode, Panorama, HDR, Night Vision, Pro mode, and Macro Vision. On the front side, the smartphone features an 8MP selfie camera.
Connectivity features of the Moto E30 include a dual-SIM card slot, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. The device ships with a 5,000mAh battery that has support for 10W charging. The Moto E30 measures 165.1 x 75.6 x 9.1mm and weighs 198g. The device also has an IP52 rating for water splash resistance.
