After launching the Moto G42 in the global markets, Motorola has launched the Moto G42 smartphone in India today. The Moto G42 is a mid-range smartphone with a 6.47-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, 4GB of RAM, and packs 64GB of internal storage.
The smartphone features a triple-camera setup on the rear, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a microSD card slot.

Moto G42 Price India, Availability
The Moto G42 is priced at ₹13,999 in India. The device comes in just one variant: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. The Moto G42 will be available for purchase via Flipkart and leading retail stores starting from July 11, 2022, in India.
As a part of launch offers, users can get up to a ₹1,000 instant discount with an SBI credit card on Flipkart. The smartphone comes in two colour options: Atlantic Green and Metallic Rose.
Moto G42 Specifications, Features
The Moto G42 boasts a 6.47-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a punch-hole at the top of the screen for the selfie camera. The device is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, featuring the Adreno 610 GPU. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone also has microSD card support for storage expansion up to 1TB.
On the software side of things, the Moto G42 runs Android 12 with My UX. The device features a 16MP front camera with an F/2.45 aperture. The back of the device has a 50MP triple-camera setup. The 50MP sensor is paired with an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro lens. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 20W Turbo Charging.
Connectivity features include a dual-SIM card slot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C port, NFC, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Furthermore, the handset has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an IP52 rating for water splash resistance, stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos support.
