HMD Global has announced four new Nokia smartphones at the ongoing CES 2022 event. The company has debuted the Nokia C100, Nokia C200, Nokia G100, and the Nokia G400 at the event. All these new devices come preloaded with Android 12 out of the box. These new smartphones by Nokia are priced under USD 250 (roughly ₹18,650), and they offer mediocre specifications. These devices have debuted only in the US market as of now. In the upcoming months we can expect Nokia to bring these smartphones to other markets as well. The Nokia C100 is priced at USD 99 (roughly ₹7,400). The device will be available in the US via Tracfone. On the other hand, the Nokia C200 and the Nokia G100 are priced at USD 119 (roughly ₹9,000) and USD 149 (roughly ₹11,000) respectively. The cost of the Nokia G400 is set to USD 239 (roughly ₹18,000). The smartphone can be purchased via Tracfone, Boost, and Consumer Cellular. Details about the global availability of the device is yet to be released by Nokia.
Nokia C100, Nokia C200 Specifications, Features
Both the Nokia C100 and the Nokia C200 offer similar specifications in common. These devices comes powered by MediaTek’s Helio A22 processor. The smartphone packs up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. On the software front, these latest C-series devices boot Android 12 out of the box. Both the C100 and C200 feature a single rear-facing camera. These phones pack a 4,000mAh battery. The Nokia C100 flaunts a 6.1-inch display that has HD+ resolution and a thick bezel around the screen.
Nokia G100, Nokia G400 Specifications, Features
The Nokia G100 boasts a 6.5-inch display that has HD+ resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 615 processor. The handset features a triple-camera setup at the back. The smartphone packs a massive 5,000mAh battery and has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
As far as the specifications of the Nokia G400 go, it flaunts a 120Hz display with a water-drop-shaped notch. The device offers 5G connectivity support. The handset comes equipped with a Snapdragon 480 5G chipset. The SoC includes 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. On the back of the smartphone there is a triple-camera setup. The camera module includes a 48MP main camera, secondary ultra-wide lens and a macro sensor.
