HMD Global has unveiled three new entry-level Nokia smartphones in the global market—the Nokia C2 2nd Edition, Nokia C21, and Nokia C21 Plus. All three smartphones boot Android 11 Go Edition and will go on sale starting from April this year. The device will start selling in select markets from April and will be available in the UK in May.
Coming to the Nokia C21, the device comes in Dark Blue and Warm Grey colour variants and its price starts at €99/ $110 (around ₹8,300). The device will start selling in select countries by the end of March.
Lastly, the Nokia C21 Plus is available in Dark Cyan and Warm Grey colour options and is priced at €119/ $132 (around ₹10,000). The device will be made available in select countries, including the UK, from April.
Launch dates for India have not been revealed yet. Furthermore, readers must know that the European prices of smartphones are usually higher than the respective Indian prices, so we can expect these devices to be priced much lower in the country, if and when they launch here.

Starting with the display, the Nokia C2 2nd Edition features a 5.7-inch FWVGA+ display with a 480 × 960 pixel resolution. The device measures 153.95 × 75.9 × 9.55mm and weighs in at 180g.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an unnamed 1.5GHz quad-core processor, which is paired with 1GB/2GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. The internal storage of the device has scope for further expansion by up to 256GB with the help of a microSD card. In terms of software, the Nokia C2 2nd Edition runs Android 11 Go Edition out of the box.
For photography, the Nokia C2 2nd Edition sports a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. Both cameras come with an LED flash. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and micro USB charging port. Speaking of which, the Nokia C2 2nd Edition features a 2,400mAh removable battery with 5W charging support.

Nokia C21 Specifications
The Nokia C21 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ V-notch 20:9 aspect ratio display with a 1,600 x 720 pixel resolution and toughened glass. The device measures 169.9 x 77.9 x 8.8mm and weighs in at 195g. The device features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Powering the Nokia C21 is a 1.6GHz octa-core Unisoc SC9863A processor, which is clubbed with 2GB/3GB RAM and 32GB/64GB expandable memory. Much like the Nokia C2 2nd Edition, the Nokia C21 runs Android 11 Go Edition out of the box.
In terms of optics, the Nokia C21 sports an 8MP autofocus camera and a 5MP selfie shooter. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS, and micro USB port. Moreover, it features a 3,000mAh battery with support for 5W charging.

Lastly, the Nokia C21 Plus has a 6.5-inch HD+ V-notch display with a 1,600 × 730 pixel resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Powering the Nokia C21 Plus is a 1.6GHz octa-core Unisoc processor, which is paired with 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB onboard storage. The storage can further be expanded by up to 256GB with the help of an external SD card.
The Nokia C21 Plus, like the other two smartphones that the brand has recently launched, boots Android 11 Go Edition out of the box. The device has a 13MP autofocus camera at the back and a 5MP selfie shooter. There’s a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, as far as biometrics are concerned. The device retains a 3.5mm headphone jack and is IP52 dust and water resistant.
Coming to the dimensions, the Nokia C21 Plus measures 164.8 × 75.9 × 8.55 mm and weighs in at 178g for the 4,000mAh battery variant. On the other hand, the 5,050mAh battery variant weighs 191g. Additionally, it features 10W charging support.
