Nokia G21, Nokia G11 Likely to Launch on April 26: Expected Specifications

Nokia has been trying to get a steady hold of its position in the Indian smartphone market but hasn’t been able to capture a larger market share, competing against the likes of Xiaomi, Realme, POCO and other manufacturers in the budget and mid-range segment. The company recently unveiled the Nokia G21 and G11 in UAE, and may soon be launching the smartphones in India. Nokia G21 and Nokia G11 India Launch Soon

Nokia may soon be launching two new smartphones in the country. According to a teaser shared, the company might be unveiling the Moto G21 and the Moto G11 in India on April 26, 2022.

The Nokia G21 and the G11, which debuted in UAE, both sport 90Hz 6.5-inch HD+ displays with an LCD panel, 20:9 aspect ratio, a peak brightness of 400nits, and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. Under the hood, the smartphones are powered by an octa-core 12nm-based UniSoC T606 SoC paired with a Mali G57 GPU. The G21 and G11 are available with up to 4GB RAM and 128/64GB of internal storage respectively.

Both the G series handsets offer a triple rear camera setup and an LED flash. On the G21, users get a 50MP sensor with 1/2.76-inch sensor size and an f/1.8 aperture, while the G11 has a 13MP primary. Nokia has paired the primary sensors on both these handsets with a 2MP macro sensor which has an f/2.4 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, both the phones go with an 8MP shooter for selfies and video chats.

Fueling the devices are 5,050mAh battery cells that support 18W fast charging. Connectivity options on the phones include dual-SIM, 4G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, NFC (in select markets), GPS, GLONASS, and Beidou. Both the handsets run Android 11 out of the box.
