Earlier this year, OnePlus launched the OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone. The brand usually launches the vanilla and the Pro variants together. However, this time, even four months after the launch of the OnePlus 10 Pro, the company hasn’t launched the vanilla OnePlus 10 yet. There have been some rumours that OnePlus may skip the vanilla OnePlus 10 this time but a new leak by reliable tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) suggests otherwise.
Steve, in collaboration with Digit, reveals that the OnePlus 10 launch is definitely on the cards and will make its debut in the second half of 2022. Additionally, the report reveals key specifications of the upcoming OnePlus flagship. Going by what Hemmerstoffer claims, the upcoming OnePlus 10 could be one of the fastest charging OnePlus flagships till date.
Let us take a closer look at the OnePlus 10 (leaked) specifications and features.

To those unaware, the LTPO 2.0 display panels are capable of adjusting the refresh rate between 1Hz and 120Hz depending on the content being displayed on the screen.
Hemmerstoffer claims that OnePlus is yet to finalize the system on chip for the upcoming flagship. Currently, the brand is testing prototypes with MediaTek Dimensity 9000 as well as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus. The handset is expected to ship with OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 out of the box.
The report further claims that the OnePlus 10 Pro will offer a triple-rear camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor. Accompanying the high-resolution sensor could be a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. The OnePlus is reported to sport a 32MP snapper for selfies and video calls.
The upcoming OnePlus flagship is said to be equipped with a 4,800mAh battery unit and 150W fast charging. This should come as a surprise since the brand is launching the OnePlus 10R with 150W fast charging next week in India. Similar to the OnePlus 10R, the OnePlus 10 might not offer the OnePlus signature—the Alert Slider.
