OnePlus Nord 2T Leaked Render Showcases A Unique Camera Module Design And Sandstone Back

OnePlus seems to be adapting to the mid-year refresh cycle for its Nord lineup. The specifications of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 2T were leaked a couple of months ago. Now, in a new development, the first design render of the upcoming Nord series handset has been leaked, courtesy of 91mobiles. The renders reveal a unique camera layout that looks entirely different from the Nord 2.

Let us take a closer look at the OnePlus Nord 2T render and design.

OnePlus seems to be bringing back the Sandstone finish from the OnePlus One era. However, the camera module of the Nord 2T features a different bluish glossy finish. The camera module appears large with two small circles inside it. The top circle houses the primary shooter, whereas, the bottom circle houses the remaining two auxiliary sensors. The handset appears to have two flashlight modules, similar to what we have seen on some Realme smartphones. The smartphone is said to come with a plastic frame.

Though the report doesn’t include the render of the front panel of the device, it reveals that the device will come with a punch-hole notch on the top left corner. The handset will have a bezel-less display with a slight chin, similar to the OnePlus Nord 2.

OnePlus Nord 2T Specifications and Features

The upcoming Nord 2T is said to offer a 6.43-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a Full HD+ resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone might be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor, coupled with an integrated Mali-G77 GPU. The upcoming Nord series handset is said to be equipped with a 4,500mAh battery unit. It might support 80W fast charging that the company recently introduced with the OnePlus 10 Pro.

The Nord 2T is said to offer a triple-rear camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor with OIS. The high-resolution sensor on the device might get accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP mono sensor. The device is said to rely on a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calls. The OnePlus Nord 2T will boot OxygenOS 12, based on Android 12.
