Chinese smartphone manufacturer OPPO has announced a new budget-oriented smartphone in its A series: OPPO A16K. The new smartphone, which was launched in the Philippines, is a new variant of the OPPO A16 and the A16s which were launched earlier this year. Talking about the OPPO A16K specifications, it flaunts a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution. The device is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G35 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. It runs Android 11 out of the box with ColorOS 11.1 Lite on top.

OPPO A16K Specifications, Features
The OPPO A16K has a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 71% NTSC colour gamut, and a pixel density of 269 PPI. Powering the device is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor. The smartphone comes with 3GB and packs 32GB of onboard storage. The device boots Android 11 out of the box with ColorOS 11.1 Lite on top.
Coming to the cameras, the device features a single 8MP camera at the rear which is accompanied by an LED flash. On the front, the device sports a 5MP selfie camera. A 4,230mAh battery powers the device which lacks fast charging support. The smartphone measures 7.85mm in terms of thickness and weighs 175 grammes.
Connectivity features of the OPPO A16K include a dual-SIM card slot, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi (2.5GHz & 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a microUSB 2.0 port. The device also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and also supports microSD cards.
